Dr Marlon Thoresson

Marlon Thoresson is a senior chiropractor with more than 20 years of clinical experience helping patients recover from pain, restore movement, and improve long-term function and performance. Originally graduating from the Durban Institute of Technology in South Africa in 2003, Marlon has practised internationally across South Africa, Malaysia, and New Zealand, developing a broad and well-rounded approach to patient care. His treatment style combines diversified chiropractic adjustments, dry needling, myofascial release techniques, postural and movement assessment, and tailored rehabilitation strategies to address a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Marlon has a particular interest in treating spinal dysfunction, myofascial pain, sports and workplace injuries, and chronic tension patterns. Known for his professional, empathetic, and hands-on approach, Marlon is passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful, lasting results through personalised care. Outside the clinic, he enjoys surfing, music, and spending time with his wife and two daughters exploring the outdoors and ocean life.
