Dr Kristin Rappold

I was introduced to chiropractic care at 9 years old when I was referred to a chiropractor by a GP. This was a pivotal point in my life. Growing up I was a competitive ballroom dancer and feel that chiropractic helped me reach my peak performance. As a result chiropractic has played a major role in the direction of my life and health paradigm. Seeing my clients go from strength to strength under chiropractic care is what I love most.

I am dedicated to helping people of all ages and fitness levels benefit from chiropractic care not only in a painful crisis situation but also as a tool for overall health and prevention. My approach to chiropractic involves strategies that will benefit your health in the short and long term. I began my chiropractic career practicing in the northern suburbs of Adelaide and I have been a part Spinecare Golden Grove since 2008.

I am also a Mum of two girls that keep me busy when I’m not in the practice. Watching them grow and teaching them about how to look after themselves, prevention being better than a cure is an amazing journey.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Clinical Science & Bachelor of Chiropractic Science completed 2005

Certification in the wellness and prevention lifestyle program – C.C.W.P 2012.
