- Assessment of standing and sitting posture, movement of joints including the spine and extremities.
- Assessment of the spine and movement to find what is causing pain and dysfunction.
- Chiropractic adjustment of the spine
- Sports and Remedial massage with neuromuscular and trigger point release.
Chiropractic techniques include
- Manual adjustments using Diversified and Gonstead technique
- Neuromechanical impulse technique
- Thompson technique for pregnancy
- Gentle chiropractic adjustments using activator technique
- SOT blocking to help with pelvis realignment
Remedial massage includes;
- Sports massage
- Pregnancy massage
- Trigger point therapy
- PNF stretching
- Rehabilitation exercises for strengthening and stretching
We also offer
- Gait and foot analysis for custom orthotic fitting if necessary.
Our fees include $145 for the initial consultation and subsequent consultations are $65.

We are located at 26 GLADSTONE ROAD, HIGHGATE HILL. Entry is via Brook Street and we are based inside the Holistic Physio. The Bus route is 196, 197 or 198.
