Heidi Power is an experienced Chiropractor, with specialist training in postural correction and pre- and post-natal and pregnancy care. Heidi Power is a member of the Chiropractors Association of Australia and the Australian Spinal Research Foundation. 

Heidi recognises the importance of a wholistic approach to health care and works with patients to achieve their long term health goals, be that pain relief, postural correction or long term maintenance care for the family.

Heidi was introduced to Chiropractic after a fall in her early 20s. After experiencing for herself the amazing benefits of Chiropractic adjustments, she moved on from working in the travel industry to undertake the long years of University study to become a Chiropractor. Heidi completed her Bachelor of Science (Anatomy) at UQ in 2004, then spent a year living and working in the UK before moving to Sydney to complete her 3 year Masters of Chiropractic at the world-renowned Macquarie University.

During her time studying in Sydney, Heidi worked as a Chiropractic Assistant at North Sydney Spine and Health Centre and, after seeing the amazing postural changes right before her eyes, became very interested in the ABCTM technique. After graduation, Heidi spent 9 months working with some of Australia's top paediatric and ABCTMstructural chiropractors on the Sunshine Coast before opening her first clinic, Blackwater Chiropractic in October 2009. Since that time, Heidi has built a huge following in Blackwater and surrounding areas, known for her gentle yet effective adjusting skills and amazing results when working with new born babies right up to the retired and elderly. Heidi still owns and manages Blackwater Chiropractic and you'll find when she's not at Chiropractors of Ascot, she'll be back in Blackwater adjusting all her regular patients.

Heidi takes an outside interest in educating herself and her patients on the latest in all facets of natural and alternative health care and loves chatting with patients about the newest research on how diet and lifestyle impact our health and what we can do to ensure our bodies perform at an optimum level for many years to come. She is a proponent of organic and natural products and loves seeing the availability of these items grow exponentially as we become more aware as a community of reducing our toxic load and creating safer environments for ourselves and our families.

When she's not in either of her clinics, you'll find Heidi out in the sunshine and fresh air. She loves to travel and has seen many amazing places around the world.
