Mr Alistair Rye

Alistair is one of our Chiropractors at Hornsby Health, who completed his training at Macquarie University in Sydney.

He has a special interest in helping people to recover from neck problems (disc injuries, whiplash, cervicogenic headaches, muscle strains) and back issues (sciatica, spinal stenosis, scoliosis, sacroiliac joint pain).

Alistair uses a range of techniques to help people move and feel better, like soft tissue releases, assisted stretching, joint mobilisations, and spinal manipulation. He then really enjoys creating well designed exercise programs to really help people prevent their issues from coming back.

As a former semi-professional ice hockey and having suffered many injuries himself, Alistair understands the physical strain on the body in competitive sports and how important it is to get back to playing. He helps people feel confident in their body again so they can perform at their best.
