The RACMA Training Program

The Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators training program takes a minimum of 3 years after the 3 years obligatory clinical experience.

  1. 3 years Clinical Experience
    1. Including the intern and resident years.
  2. 3 years supervised medical management experience
  3. Theoretical studies involving an Australian University Master’s degree program containing specified units.
  4. Satisfactory completion of the RACMA training program including:
    1. Attending two College Workshops
    2. Completing College Mentoring program
    3. Submission of a Management Practice Portfolio
    4. Oral presentation
    5. Successful Preceptor and Supervisor reports
    6. Successful completion of the RACMA Examination
